Hello the people who may still be watching me after such a long leave of absence! I'm going to force myself to post some more photography very soon. I've got several projects on the go and I'm hoping to pull them all together soon, it's all very exciting!
...well I've got a lot on my plate. My Job, my band, my architecture etc. although, for those who can get to the Isle of Man, some of my photos will be in a group exhibition in the Manx Museum, form the 28th of February, and if you want to catch me in session with Caution Runners ([link]) I'll be at Jaks on Friday, 27h of Feb.
See? I've not been lazy at all. Just busy. I *will* be posting some new work online when I get the chance I promise

So, in the end, after much deliberation, I plumped for the D90, and paired it with a 18-200mm lens to go travelling with - I've literally just unboxed the stuff and done the obligatory photographs of random objects in the room and I'm smitten - cheers for the help, guess this means I'll get back to posting new work soon after a bit of an absence (if I get spare time between projects!)
Hello, it's been a while since I;ve been here for a good reason - I;ve been earning money to buy a camera, and the time has come, so I figured where better to ask this question than here on Deviantart?
I'm seriously tempted by the Nikon D90, it looks great, but are there any similar cameras out there or on the horizon that I should know about? I feel a bit out of touch with camera new - any help greatly appreciated.
